Check the regs, most creeks closed yesterday unless you are only planning on fishing the mouth or first km or so

First one ever on the fly. Took me to my backing on two separate times. NY fish fight a bit more than the east trib ones. This was in the Fly only zone of the river. Took me 20 mins to pull it in. Happy that all my knots held up.
