1) 4 Man HT InstaShak Ice Fishing Hut
- $349.99+ tax right now at Canadian Tire
- 92" x 92" x 84" height
- Sets up in seconds, I can give you a demonstration in person
- Built in air vents all around
- Windows all around that can be opened for additional air circulation, windows also have covers to allow you to block blinding light from entering the hut when needed and vice versa they can be removed to allow more light in
2) Big Mr. Buddy Heater
- $178.99 at Canadian Tire right now
- Can take 2 1lb propane tanks, one on each side
- I bought a hose adapter that allows it to connect to a 20lb or 5lb propane tank
- Auto ignition, no need for a lighter to ignite
- Low oxygen shut off sensor, tip over safety shut off
I paid around $250 for the hut, $170 for the heater, $40 for the adapter hose. I also want to sell the 20lb propane tank, that has a very convenient built in gauge that shows how much propane is left in the tank. Paid around $60 for the tank and to fill it.
Bought everything a couple of months ago to use as a mini work shop for one of my hobby businesses - was not able to get a shed installed that late in the year so this was my plan B. I used the set up a few times before I found a better solution.
Everything is like-new. Pre-tax total over $500, that's close to $600 after tax. Make me a *reasonable* offer and it's yours. If your offer is too low for my liking, I will politely let you know what I am hoping to get, I won't bite your head off
I have all the boxes, owners manuals, and accessories, so you'll basically be getting everything LNIB (like new in box).
The Big Mr. Buddy Heater is awesome, and the 4 Man InstaShak is a very nice hut. Their 2 man hut is the one I bought and used extensively last year towards the end of the season when I got into ice fishing for lakers. It's more ideally suited as a 1 man, and hence the 4 man hut is best as a 2 man hut, although it can certainly fit 3-4 guys if needed to.
Only reason for selling the hut and heater is that I already own a 2 man Instashak and a regular Mr. Buddy Heater, which is enough for my needs for now.
I would prefer to sell everything together instead of dividing it, but if nobody wants it all I'll be willing to split it. Everything is located in the greatest city on Earth, Oshawa
I travel a lot, almost daily throughout GTA, and often to KW, London and Kingston, and also Windsor and Ottawa. So meeting outside of Oshawa is doable.
