frozenfire, richmond hill maps are all broken links :p

The entire map section is being over-hauled when I get some time. That's why the broken links have not yet been replaced. :D

BTW, bala is it in RH?

you'll find answers to all your questions in spring, i'm going to get fishing as soon as the ice melts and see what is in there(i have only found skeletons of the fish so far, ranging from 7" to 18") and i'll make a report for the site.

and the crawfish was about 5", there are also loads of frogs and a forest nearby(the forest was my original interest) in the forest i found the foundation of a house/barn and found three cow skeletons.

i'll give you a clue as to it's location, it's less than 100 feet from thew humber river and you can find it on the sattelite view on goohle maps

cow skeletons eh? lol. humber river, good thing your north of the waste plant, lol.(use to work work, and when they get over filled, they leak into the river, yes human waste..eww) how about some more hint as to were bouts off the humber?

seems like you find a lot of skeletal remains hahaha...
you better hope one day you don't find human ones. :D

What about this one anyone fished it?

darn, you found it, while now that the location is given away i'll expect to see some of you there come spring :D

and see the small ovalish clearing in the dense patch of forest? thats where the foundation and the skeletons are

nice nice, very nice, lol. What are those streets??

and hey yawn, dont go to far down stream of your pic, or youll be walking in crap, literally,lol..:D

Very interesting. Various species of fish could easily get into this pond when flooding occurs and flow from the Humber washes fish and/or eggs into the pond. If conditions allow, they then reproduce and colonize the pond. That's my theory.

We've seen many such ponds contain Bass and other various species of fish, especially when the pond is located next to, or connected to a major river, creek or tributary.

Question for you, how long has this pond been there?
