no it's sunken into the water, i'm starting to have my doubts about the depth of the pond, there are still some rocks on the surface, i'm not sure weather they are sitting on the bottom or on some ice that just never froze :lol:

well most importantly is that you saw a fish in there. at least there is life!
i say fish it as soon as the ice is gone :lol:
