Bored at home. need help

hey doods, i just came back from Florida, Toronto is as dry as Calgary in the winter time, nothing to do..Friendless at this point.
My Fishing Rods should be coming in 2 weeks maybe..
Just wondering if there is people in this forum looking to meet new people and fish together and stuff. Fishing bodies i guess you could say.
Most of my very few friends dont share this hobby/sport and so i couldnt ask them to come sit under the sun for Hours waiting for a fish to bite.

Anyways yeah, does anybody have like get-toguethers with forums members in the GTA.
What im trying to say is , is there any sort of community activity happening on this forum?

My best friend left a few weeks back and moved back to calgary, he left.. im all sad face

In the past i havent been good at keeping friends, however in Florida i did some serious maturing, just looking for a cool group to hang out with...w/e

I was down in Fort Lauderdale, on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and Atlantic Blvd, yes! 4 blocks from the beach, a few meters off the intra coastal.

I'm in Fort Myers. I rented a place backing on a canal and have been catching catfish and small pan sized snappers all day on a hand line! Way more fun for small fish then rod and reel.

That's funny, we used to fish with hand lines as kids when we lived in the Bahamas...and there's nothing like a feed of fresh pan-sized snapper brother!!!

Got to love the hand line, I try to carry a hand line fully rigged with me everywhere so that I can drop a line when ever I come across a new body of water that might hold fish. With out having to remember the spot to come back to.

No worries.. A bunch are planning to go to the Saugeen in Oct. Offer to do one sooner. Where abouts are you in TO? I'm by the bluffs so are a few other guys I've not met yet, but they go to the bluffs for browns, pike ...etc. Many guys go to Center Island, others go to Grenadier Pond in High Park. Start up a new post to meet up with members. I'll meet up with ya we'll hit a place somewhere.

Welcome. I'm more than up for meeting for a prefish before saugeen. Set up that forum and let's set something up
