Bronte creek cleanup

Gotta thank dozer for inspiring me to put this together!! I am organizing a cleanup of bronte creek for Saturday the 24th or the 25th whichever works better for you guys. I will supply bags, gloves, water, and maybe a few other treats The plan is to fish from first light to 10am, start the cleanup at 1015 and be back fishing by 1! I can even supply a float rod and spinning reel or an 8wt fly combo for anyone noobs who wanna come out and help and do some fishing aswell! Please pm me if your thinking of coming. I was about to say that the creek doesnt look like it really is in need of a cleanup....then I remembered that I havent been to Petro Park at all this year. :blink:

Its an illusion, although it may not seem at all too messy, the stuff piles up VERY fast.

Im heading to Bancroft for the Rally of the Tall Pines ....

Buncha guys go up tradition really .... to watch the rally racing from the side of the road .....

thats on the saturday .... but we dont get back till LATE 1 am or so ...

So i think im gonna have to miss out on this one ......

if things change up i'll be comin for sure

Thanks guys!! Its really needs it, i spent some time down there today fishing and took a break to clean up about 2 bags worth of trash and then filled a few of the garbage cans that are down there, you wouldnt believe how much trash there was within a 10 foot radius of these trash cans, some people are just so lazy!!!!
