Just a reminder to anyone who may be thinking about it. If you happen to be so lucky to catch a fresh run of fish, DON'T start running around online posting about it. There are others who work hard to find fish and once there's a sniff of fish online it'll bring the masses out. It happens every year anyways but it really doesn't help you or anyone else. Keep your yap shut!

That looks like some of the openers in the US for trout.

As for my west trib- I too do believe in not posting your success untill after, or pics that do not describe the body of water you are fishing.

I apologize to the people who didn't see the humor in me posting

I was tryin make a mockery of those who ask, by sending them to a trib where I know there will never be salmon.

Th eidea of some one fully outfitted to float in a creek that has nothing more than rocks and grave- in a sick way makes me laugh. Especially putting tha tmuch trust into someone you dont know and something you know nothing about.

LOL no Im not Schnip/Remy/Milliondollarwheel.

I used to understand his posts and rants till they became too much.

Sorry for the ill-timed jokes.

Now newbies like me having sleepless night can't wait for the weekend to greet the guests, heard that they're 20 yards away from my playground.

The sound of silence here means you're all in your playground. Have a nice 2014 Salmon run to everybody. Goodluck and stay safe.

Welcome to Looganville. Between FB Twitter and whatever other media I'm too old to care about it seems like people everywhere are becoming attention whores. Is it necessary to photograph and document every fish you catch then let the world know? does this enhance the moment?

All jokes aside, if anyone is wondering a certain "closer" east trib is still...dead. Not a single fish, i even went to the mouth and tried chucking 3/4oz cleo from the beach....well i caught 2lbs of seaweed every cast! I did see a fin or two, but that might have been carp? None jumping, but a ton of baitfish, the loons were diving and catching tons

At least another 2 weeks for that trib, save your gas ppl.
