Hello fellow anglers!

I'm new so, here's a bit of intro:

Located in the GTA, keep my Procraft 16 on Lake Scugog. Been fishing the last few years at Balsam, however. In response to another recently posted thread, my favourite species to target are (starting from most favorable) walleye, smallmouth bass, largemouth and muskie.

Was wondering if anyone could recommend any good blogs about fishing in Ontario...

Thanks

Welcome fishrider!

Scugog and Balsam are great lakes.

As for fishing blogs, this isn't really a blog but a website that contains a lot of articles that you may enjoy, features reports, how to's, reviews ect.. www.anglingauthority.com I'm lucky enough to be sponsored by them, I'm in no way trying to plug them, but I do recommend checking the site out it's pretty good. There's also <a data-ipb="nomediaparse" data-cke-saved-href="http://muskiebaitadventures.blogspot.ca/p/species-list.html%20which%20is%20a%20guy%20named%20Ken" href="http://muskiebaitadventures.blogspot.ca/p/species-list.html%20which%20is%20a%20guy%20named%20Ken" s%20blog,%20very%20interesting%20blog%20about%20species%20hunting,%20i%20was%20actually%20able%20to%20lead%20him%20to%20one%20of%20his%20species%20the%20blacknose%20dace!"="">http://muskiebaitadventures.blogspot.ca/p/species-list.html which is a guy named Ken's blog, very interesting blog about species hunting, I was actually able to lead him to one of his species the Blacknose Dace!

Very cool. Thanks for the link.

Welcome!

I fish Scugog with my dad in the summer on our 12ft dinghy. Due to the max speed of 12km we cannot go too far lol, so we mostly stay in the Caserea or Island road area. I havn't had much luck on scugog compared to other anglers. Maybe a walleye or a bass per outing...kinda sucks. Maybe you have any suggestions for ME in those launch areas.
