Let's hope so... I'm going up to the cottage this weekend too, so it would be nice to save a few bucks..

good luck if you go out fishing...

Gas companies love to hear that...boy they have us brainwashed. Remember when we complained it was .80 cents.....now $1.25 and we are happy.....bastards.

I was talking to a friend who works at petro and he mentioned that for the first time in 20 years they saw a decline of 15% sales when it hit $1.35/liter. Hopefully the ceos of gas corps are happy now that they bought their islands & yachts lets hope they don't want to upgrade soon.....greedy bastards..

Woah! Easy on the tax bit! I still need a paycheck here!!!

lol.. seriously tho.. I think its dropping just before the long weekend. Ill betcha a coffee it goes back up a bit before the long weekend.

(I dont deliver the coffee either. lol)

As long as nothing happens in the middle east or an event affected by terrorism or a hurricane, gas should go down further.
You really think that has anything to do with it....come now.
Just because teh weather gets bad..shouldnt effect the price of gas that are already at the pumps!!!

Since you responded 4 times, do I have to respond 4 times? LOL
A hurricane in the right area could affect a crucial refinery and tighten the supply of oil which would cause the price to go up. Any terrorist attack would cause the panic in the markets and drive the price of oil up.
The analysts say oil should go down because reserve supply are high and that there will be a little less demand, and because of that the price will go down.

It's called price gouging prices are going down because demand went down.

Ill try and respond only once this time.... :D

The gas thats in the holding tanks on day 1 may cost them say 1.00/L and sell for 1.20/L

A hurricane hits day 2 and the feul costs goes up to 1.10, therefore the selling price goes up tp 1.30

The prices go immediatly UP..they only paid initially 1.00 for the gas they are storing,.... but start to charge the 1.30 right away, not when the recieve the next delivery...CHA CHING!

If a hurricane hits the oil refineries hard in Texas, our gas prices will go up for sure.

Thats a good site I've been using it for the last few weeks. Gas down to $1.24. I can afford to buy some tubes now;)
