What is admission on Kelso?

Is there any fishing to be done at the Hilton Falls Reservoir?

I think it is around $5 per person at Halton Conservation Areas. Hilton Falls Reservoir has a few largemouth bass, pumpkinseed, and rock bass but the fish are very small with the biggest bass usually weighing about a pound. Also, fishing there can be tough as there are not many fishing spots, and the fish usually go deep on windy days.
