lol if I had confidence in the fly I would use it alot more during the steelhead season, hopefully I get there by the time fall comes around. Nothing beats the fight on a centerpin though so dont worry I wont ever be putting the pin away.

You know what comes close to fighting steel on a pin? Watching that fly line slice through the water when your fish takes a run. But I feel the same way, lack of confidence and lack of proper gear always tends to push me away from bringing my fly rod. Maybe I'll start... 6 weight suffice you boys think?
