Joking aside, thank god no one got seriously hurt. I'm sure that the driver got the worst of it the way he went down, and no PFDs, what were they thinking!?!?

The weather conditions don't look bad from what I can tell... so not wearing PFD's isn't really an issue --- until you factor in that the driver had no idea what he was doing. So... if they had a responsible driver the PFD issue is a non-issue.
