ok, i am positive you have never been stopped by a peel officer, i phoned a friend yesterday to find out what happened in court, she won the case and the officer has been fired and they are pressing charges on him, she had proof, from a group of people who had stopped and were videotaping it, i haven't seen the video myself, it has been burnt, so that it doesn't get spread all over the internet, he beat her outside, this was in the evening, it was dark out, it was in missisauga, believe it or not but i personally saw the red marks all over her arms, so i know it is true, peel police are very bad, people say Durham police are bad but I've never heard of anyone having a bad experience with them, but peel on the other hand.......... if you want to know what peel police are like, search it on the internet or ask someone that has been pulled over by them. Back to the topic: my dads friend is gathering information right now, to get ready for court in the spring, he has lots of experience in court and has won most cases, even some that he was guilty in, a good lawyer helps and the device itself will proof that he is innocent.

This would have been front page news for every major newspaper, i have a hard time believing this kind of stuff without proof

hey guys, i don't want to get into a fight and i don't want to start posting pics and videos and proof of this, I'm not a lawyer or a judge, I'm just saying, i don't know what exactly happened but i know that this women doesn't speed, she barely drives the limit, especially when its dark. I don't take pictures of red marks and bruises on women's arms, that would seem kinda awkward, lol. I do know however that peel police are one of a kind and you won't believe it till you see it, the durham and york region police are much softer, however i have seen a couple ba$!ard$ from york division, the toronto police had videos over the internet because too many people video-taped it, it couldn't be controlled and it was a very big case, not like this one. She had almost no chance of losing in court, because she had witnesses and some people that didn't even see the entire thing and still claimed to see the officer beating her with the baton. He was a young officer and clearly lost his temper, because she wouldn't go into the cruiser, because she wasn't speeding, just a typical dirty peel officer, looking to bang some cash. These kind of people shouldn't be in the police force, they lose their temper too easy and this could result in udders or serious injuries, like with the toronto police division. Ive heard that the peel officers have little training and don't get as much as the other division, this may or not be true,i wouldnt know, again, I'm not a lawyer, just gathering some information here. We've all seen police officers that lose their temper easily, you've seen it on the news I'm sure, so i can't understand why this case is so hard to believe. Of course if you've never seen a case like this, then it might surprise you but the fact is, not all officers are goodie goodies and not all want to protect you. I've seen officers who get mad, when they can't stop someone for speeding, one would ask why?, shouldn't they be happy that no-ones breaking the law, I'm not saying all, there are a ton of good officers out there, but some just want money and don't have a care in the world about the citizens, again just a friendly debate as you said FG.

i even typed it into google, peel region police beats woman, and nothing!
you won't get results in google about a case this small, its just an officer losing his temper, the women chose not to lay charges but the court did, she obviously didn't want to get into all the news and stuff, i can understand her, but get real, its a minor case, that one judge and a few people know about, it has almost no chance of making it to the news, unless the court and women wanted it to.

just gonna say one last thing and then i gotta eat to ease my grump.

Did you say MINOR CASE? lol Beating a woman at the side of the road for NO REASON does not seem minor to me. Believe what you want. I love all police officers and u know what? you get what you deserve. if cops arent fair, go to court....that is what its there for after all.....

lol, you need to meet a peel officer, yes i said minor, he hit the women with a baton a few times, for peel and toronto police, thats nothing, read the news more, lol, i think this thread has hd enough replies, time to pack it up, haha.

I have a hard believing this because they can't just fire a police officer there's a process to it that has to do wth his union and charges and the police services act and the Siu would lay charges against the officer in question plus there I think there would media exposure but I'm not saying it didn't happen look wha happened in barrie with the police officer beating the crap out of a guy over a busted Xmas ornament and was later charged but wasn't fired in fact he quit after he was sentenced to jail time

That's not minor if he was charged as you say the officer was there would be a press release and he would be suspended with pay that's how it works it's not up to the women weather that gets released to the media ts up to the peel police and the Siu stuff like police brutality isn't a minor case and always makes the news
