Thanks man!! yah i got both thoes fish in the middle of the day, i was usin roe bags with 3-4 eggs in them and 5 of the really small split shot!! everyone kept askin me what i was usin, they were back to back it was so cool!!

i was useing a number 8 gamagatsu with 5 of the small split shot about 8-10 inches from tthe hook. My opinion is that the small sinkers keep it on bottom but its light enough to let it drift slowly, i dont understand why people use such huge setp ups there. I lost a mess of fish but what was landed was good enough for me!!

I usually go @the end of september.. so from now til freeze up. Im pretty busy right now I can't fish as much as I'd like. but i will probably be there during thanksgiving when i go see my family in peterborough. Its a long boring drive from london.

I never would have guessed that it's a coho. Did you keep it? You must have wondered why its eggs were so big (unless cohos have small eggs too, never seen them).
