Salmon/Trout Egg life cycle

Hey All,

I was wondering if anybody had a good source of information for the complete life cycle of a salmon and / or trout egg. I understand that they start bright red and kind of fade to orange-peach and into white, but I've been wanting to understand how long that takes and whatnot, and what species has what colour eggs. Seems tough to find on Google, or I'm searching the wrong thing...

Just mostly curious!

I'm no biologist.
But I do know it's the unfertilized eggs from the spawn cycle which turn to milky white.
