secret fishing ponds/rivers around haldimand?

im trying to find somewhere close and fairly decent shore fishing, I know of a few places but always open to try new places!

Ok if you had a boat this would be better..but you can still shore fish oakland pond.this is the one by lions park right in oakland it was an old mill back in yhr day..its full of stumps snags and huge large mouth. There is a smaller pond below that holds pike.
