Yup, no doubt about that. They sure do. Even the zombies. I'm just not convinced that they bite when they can't see what's in front of them due to blown conditions. It's like catching a baseball with your eyes closed.
Hooking them inside the mouth can often give the illusion they really did bite.
(This is about salmon, by the way)

Man would have been nice to get out slow or not,wish I could have. You manage any fish at all?no ice at all. It was like fishing in October.
