hi, i read forums, especially the fishing ones....during my time as project/sales engineering for a German robotics company.

mostly doing suites in condos downtown Toronto piecework but many times also doing private reno's on the side

Hard manly work but the on-site humor and stepping back and seeing a finished job make it rewarding and the money aint half bad either ;)
 
I install, repair and maintain systems used for cataract, retinal and laser eye surgery. At pretty much every hospital and clinic in Ontario.
 
I'm a logistic coordinator for Ryder Integrated. We currently have a contract with American Standard. We take care if the freight and send them to Home Depot Lowes and other contractors.
 
Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Spent first part of my career as a Mechanical Designer for Schneider Electric and Federal Pioneer. Then transitioned into Manufacturing Engineering working at Andrew Canada on their long range air traffic control and military radar systems. Then worked as process specialist in the nuclear industry and am now a Documentation/Release Engineer specializing in container and packaging solutions for the automotive industry
 
R&D Chemist for a drug development company. Pretty hard to think when I know there's fish in the water
 
Masters of Applied Science student in Mechatronics engineering. People always think I am playing with toys but it's research!
 
I write software for anyone who needs that done. Now, it's the ministry of education.
 
Product manager for healthcare company. A very interesting job, but keeps me busy behind a desk.

Thinking more and more to reconvert to an outdoor industry.

They say the same thing about what i used to do. Anytime someone walked by and saw my screen they always assumed i'm just playing with colours.

I was a graphic/web designer for many years. I have since moved into Business Analyst / PM role. Currently working in the travel insurance industry, but the role is the same regardless of where i go.
