Never fished east, fish the bigwater mostly(the one that divides two countries ). Went to the bigwater once and haven't looked back.

A couple of questions: In the first photograph, what model/size of hook is that. And also, how did you hook on your roe bag. By the way it slid up the line, I would assume you just but the hook through the mesh once. I'm kinda new to drift fishing...

Kamasan sedge hook, size 10. I hooked it on through the mesh, I guess it just slid around while I was fighting the fish, it happens now and then.

I wish there was more sun to really show the colors of this fish. The blue on the gill was absolutely stunning. One of the nicest fish I have caught (outside of Niagara).
