If dime bright they are good table fare. Not as good as sockeye, silvers or kings but good. Once they get the calico spawning colors then they aren't good to eat. They aren't sought after by many once in the rivers but I always target them for a fun day of catch and release. They are very aggressive and even take top water flies. They fight well and look beautiful. Top water fly fishing for them is extremely fun. I target them every year.
 
It has been over 20 years since my last grayling i'm so f.... jealous. :mad:

yeah goodentight, got to fish for trout and salmon in all 4 seasons this past year. forgot all about bass fishing this summer.
