Just wanted to see what stores people frequent.

Looking for a phycial store, no online shopping and no fishing specific stores ex. JD Fishing Depot.

LOL yes, wanted to see what everyone's preferences were. To make it fair one choice. I can say for me it was hard to choose between BP and CT, I frequent both but for difference reasons. CT bc it is close to home for all those small things ex. hooks, wieghts, line ect.

my choice would be wilsons and sail although i have cabelas opening in barrie 10 minutie drive from my house to who knows how that will affect my bank account

Depends on what I'm looking for but if I had to choose just one it would be SAIL.

sail is awesome man they have great camping stuff BP has too much trashy stuff--sail is very gear driven--high end stuff--and the fly section rocks/

It's a tough call between Sail and BPS, but I'd have to go with Basspro because of the great variety.

It depends on what you are looking for. Cabelas will have better hunter stuff. Sail has better camping and some other variety. BPS has great fishing tackle but lacks in other departments. CT is just your quick stop of extra stuff aha.

I like BPS, but it's a bit of a haul to go to on a regular basis so nomally it's CT for the everyday stuff.

I've never even heard of Sail until I became a member here. I voted BPS; but would love to see what Sail is all about. Any locations in KW area?

personally whatever is closest and has what I need for smaller items but I f I had a choice for overall I pick sail good selection and decent prices I find bps to be overpriced. And I believe they are Canadian owned which matters I like to keep m money in Canada.

Bass pro sucks I find there customer service as helpful as Walmart lol. Was at SAIL today in Oshawa 15 percent off all fishing products until sept15. Also went to Gagnons that's my vote. Angling specialties keele and highway7 also pretty decent shop

as for "Outdoor Store" would say MEC. There is one in barrie now and their warranty is unheard of. They do not sell fishing stuff so if we are saying fishing store would have to say Bp right now. i found selection better than Sail. Rick's Happy Hooka Tackle shop is good to go in and shoot the crap with other guys hanging around.

I'm from Markham so I'm a bit biased with Lebaron's...although I've been to BPS a couple of times...when they get busy, it feels like they're under-staffed. The fishing guys from Lebarons i'd say know their stuff pretty well.

natural sports in kitchener! they have good selections! or hook, line and sinker in guelph, but a little pricey though!

When BPS is busy we are understaffed lol. The managers do have a hard time keeping us up to par with having a good employee to customer ratio. Customer service from where in BPS sucks? If it is from the fishing department you must have been a pretty big dick to us to receive poor customer service. Just saying this is the best group of well rounded guys to gain knowledge from and to be helped out. LeBarons has some really good pricing. I usually grab certain things from there because I live 2 mins down the road from there in Markham.
