    spider wire is garbage compared to powerpro, i spool my bass/pike/walleye reels with 15 lb power, sorry to say but 50 lb powerpro is just a little overkill for perch, LOL

    whenever i can get out, lol! I prefer first light for trout and all ice fishing species, for almost all other species i have found dusk to be very productive, for pike and crappies ill only start fishing around 7-8ish in the summer.
