    Wanted: Livetarget Crankbaits

I use tackle warehouse most often, lots of good deals on there quite often, you can also get some at C.T. at times there is a good selection, at others it is very poor. I find sunfish imitating lures to be the best for bass and pike, pike love a good sunfish, when nothing else is working they...

    Wanted: Livetarget Crankbaits

I get mine online and can confirm they're great baits, expensive but have had 50+ smallie days fishing them, actually not only on the crawfish ones, i find the sunfish ones to be even better!

First Trip to Algonquin, & my first trout

ya the big ones usually hit williams or little cleo spoons on red and silver or red and gold, at least for me, really gotta get it down though, lead core, bottom bouncing gear, etc. Ive gotten a few nice ones just jigging badboys with a small rubber tube or a rubber minnow believe it or not!

First Trip to Algonquin, & my first trout

Nice report and fish! There are a lot of 12+ pound lakers in A.P. you'd have to troll or jig big spoons for them though, just curious, how did you get the lakers, jigging or trolling?

    They're coming back!

nice little guy, ya, get tons of them in the notty, can't keep them off in the spring, no shortage of them in the spots i fish, gets annoying really quick, if it were me i wouldn't be happy about a hole in a $70 rubber net lol, we go to montreal for them every summer, going in a few weeks actually.

Lots of places around here, bass is open soon, the lakes you were on are great for bass if you have some sort of boat, lots of pike and crappie fishing around there from shore...

really stupid and gullible people in the Toronto area happened lol, *sigh* On a side note, its crazy how much cars were waiting in line at the gas stations around here, they had to get workers to come in and move traffic FROM THE ROAD! Tomorrows price is supposed to fly up by like 10 cents...

    Haliburton Pike

you have really high hopes lol, you're unlikely to get a nice sized pike from sure in the haliburton area, much less a 20 + pounder lol. Try and get access to a boat, then i could give you a spot or two, pm me if you like.

they said they won't give me the bottom section, only a full rod that costs cheaper for an extra 25, i fixed it last night, instead of 7' its not 6'9, well see how it holds up, last night it passed all the tests lol.
