    I may disagree on that. i would rather see a slot size to be kept on smaller fish and preserve average to bigger fish....why? first bigger and mature fish lay more eggs and are less chance to be eaten. bigger fish carry more mercure and bad toxin in their body and isn't to tasty when they are...
