sorry workin on the pics!,i had more but looks like they are taking up to much space.

Your quite the photographer!

I love the photo of the raccoon, he doesn't look too big. There's this big daddy coon that lives in near neighbors house. Every morning when I walk my dog she barks at him and he scurry's up his tree to his home.

All I saw in the third photo was bait! :)

Do you know what type of hawk/falcon/maybe eagle that is??

Thanks for posting this!

yeah the coon was just a young one, i thinks it's a hawk not sure which kind though.i'm just taking lots of shots and posting some of the better ones, just an amateur photog but something i'm enjoying when i can.the bug i have no clue what that is but he was putting on a show when i trying to shoot him.that hawk was hanging out by the bird feeders and trying to swoop in for the kill,he scared me when he zoomed past after his prey wow.

Nice pictures!, I live about a 5 min drive from Ojibway, the TallGrass Prairie accross the street is also a very cool spot, it seems I see deer every time I go there, of course the dog chases them away though, haha

got to ojibway the other day and took a bunch of pics again which includes dried up pond, paw print, turtles, cocoon, leaf, fall colors and bird take a look :) .

The hawk is a red tailed hawk. Beautiful and graceful birds.

Nope, that's an accipiter, probably immature, either a sharp-shinned or a cooper's, without some sort of size reference it's hard to pin it down. A red-tailed would only have a band of dark feathers across the breast, not streaking all the way down. Compare with this picture of a sharp-shinned from the Cornell Laboratory of Ornithology:
