Go to a dock and pay a local...if you go thru the resort you will be looking at 125-200 for 4 hrs. All they do is wet lures and bring you in.....might have been off season when I tried it,,May,,,not sure what January brings...

Well general concensus so far is everyone hybernates over the winter.. Im all for a spring tourny tho! Anyone else who wants to try the hard water, let me know. Huts are available and only 6 minutes from my door! Hauling up Trout in the middle of January is more fun than it looks :evil:

There is nothing like Brown Trout roe for the steelies....But..I would be VERY careful who I try selling the roe to....it might put an quick end to a good day fishing.
